Hair Extension Policies

An in person consultation is required for any hair extension appointment. This ensures that we can select the appropriate brands, installation service type and hair texture and color for your service. You will also be presented with a hair extension waiver at the consultation that will explain our terms and policy for hair extensions. This must be signed before any ordering or service can take place.

  • Once hair is paid for and ordered, there are no refunds on hair extensions. While this is extremely rare, the man made nature of hair extensions can result in quality variances. Should the quality of your hair extensions be in question, we will offer a complimentary shampoo & blowout with a stylist to troubleshoot and game plan on a solution. Should the stylist, and management deem the quality of hair less than our high standards, we will gladly replace the hair at no cost to you. Simply put: we stand behind our products.

  • In the event of a no-show for a scheduled appointment at Ritual Hair Co, a charge of 100% of the service(s) cost will be applied. We apologize for any inconvenience caused, but we are unable to make exceptions or provide refunds in such cases. With a 24 hr cancellation notice, 25% will be charged.

  • If there is a product that you purchased in salon or via our online shop and you are not quite a fan after one or two uses, we are more than willing to exchange the product(s) for another product of equal value.
