At Ritual Hair Co, we strive to create a tranquil and undisturbed environment for all our guests. To ensure a truly relaxing experience, we kindly ask that you keep your cell phones on silent or use headphones during your appointments. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.​

Furthermore, we kindly request that you refrain from bringing additional guests, children, or animals to your appointments. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a pleasant environment for all.

Your satisfaction with the services we provide is of high importance to us. However, if something is not quite right we allow a two week period following your appointment for an adjustment. No refunds are given on services. The two week period allows us to fix any issues without incurring any new growth of your own hair that creates additional services for us. Please follow up immediately after your appointment for best results and fixes.

  • We understand that sometimes unexpected changes occur. If you need to cancel or make changes to your scheduled services at Ritual Hair Co, we kindly request a 24-hour notice. For cancellations made with less than a 24-hour notice, a charge of 50% of the service(s) cost will apply. Same-day cancellations (within 12 hours of the appointment time) will incur a charge of 100% of the service(s) cost. We value fairness and availability for all our clients, and repeat instances of late cancellations may affect your ability to schedule future appointments with us.

  • In the event of a no-show for a scheduled appointment at Ritual Hair Co, a charge of 100% of the service(s) cost will be applied. We apologize for any inconvenience caused, but we are unable to make exceptions or provide refunds in such cases.

  • We understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause lateness. To ensure optimal service for all our clients, we have a 15-minute lateness policy at Ritual Hair Co. If you anticipate being late, please notify us via text. However, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, it may be necessary to forfeit your appointment, and a charge of 100% of the service(s) cost will apply. Multiple instances of repeated lateness may affect your ability to schedule future services with us.

  • To secure your appointment at Ritual Hair Co, we kindly ask for a credit card on file. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling without a 24-hour notice, we reserve the right to charge the provided credit card.

  • We offer many different types of discounts all for different reasons that can not be combined or used in conjunction with any other special. Any special or discount is only eligible on full priced services unless specifically mentioned otherwise. In reference to our menu, “Add-on services” are already discounted, which means they are not eligible for any additional discounts or specials.
